Relias Media Friends & Family Sale
As a strategist for the Relias Media brand, one of my favorite campaigns to develop and execute was our friends and family sale, exclusive to those who’d made a purchase on the site within the past two years. This was a 3-email campaign for a short, 1 week sale. My objective here (beyond revenue) was to convey our gratitude for our customers’ continued loyalty. Subject lines here keep a friendly tone and tend to have higher than average open rates, made easier to accomplish with an audience that has already showed strong engagement (making a purchase). Since its inception in 2017, it remains one of our most popular campaigns each year, accounting, on average, for 20% of the total email revenue generated the quarter it runs.
